- TWO OPEN CANS OF CARAMEL WAS FOUND. ONCE THE CAN IS OPEN TRANSFER THE CONTENTS INTO THE SAFE FOOD CONTAINER. TO PREVENT RUST OR OTHER CONTAMINANTS FALL INTO THE FOOD, TRANSFER THEM IMMEDIATELY. THE VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION BY TRANSFERRING THE CONTENTS.
