Observation: Drying rack used to store clean items is dirty and is same rack used for housing dirty dishes. Rack is visibly soiled.
Correction: Equipment or cabinet used to store food, clean utensil, single-use or single use items may not be located in areas subject to contamination. Designate racks for clean and dirty dishes and do not cross-contaminate. Correct By: 13-Jan-2015
- PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR
Observation: The plumbing system is not maintained in good repair. In back dishwashing area, pipe is backed up and leaks onto other side of wall. Small flies noted on other side of wall near dough maker.

Observation: Panel separating kitchen area and dishwashing area is falling off wall and is in poor repair.
Correction: Repair area or replace with approved materials. Walls, floors and ceilings shall be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. If located in areas subject to moisture they shall also be non-absorbent. Correct By: 28-Jan-2015
