6/19/12 Establishment filed inspection. Red tag placed on front window. Return inspection in 48 hrs. jw

6/20/12 Spoke with owner, Alejandra. Told owner I would not be coming in today to discuss the CAP. I would be coming tomorrow to do a follow-up inspection and discuss the CAP at that time. Jw

6/21/12 Follow-up from failure on 6/19/12. Make repairs to wall under dishwashing sink and repair holes in screened windows in back room. Establishment will be using gloves and tongs for RTE. Provide alternate access to ice machine without going through bathroom or outside, Jw
