11-16-11, Two recently expired FH cards (left class info), asked that the ceiling tiles be fixed in the kitchen area and the hood vent cleaned, asked them not to use chipped or damaged food containers. Prep cooler was border line at 43F (asked that it be monitored and service as needed). St

6/28/12 Observed uncovered, unenclosed BBQ pit at establishment. Previously told by Kay kelley to discontinue use of pit until compliant with enclosure. Owner said he would stop using BBQ pit today. Jw

7-26-12, Stopped in to chk the BBQ pit. Didn't appear to be or have been in use recently. Mario said he had approval from the city to construct a tin roof bldg with a screen walls for his BBQ pit. Plans on starting structure within a week or so. St
