11-16-11, Asked to monitor the "pie" cooler at 43F, need a thermometer in the "pie" fridge in the cooking area, soda machine ice shoot and nozzles needed cleaning, mechanical dishwasher was not sanitizing. Missing 6 FH cards (left class info)  St
