10/28/10 Spoke with Debbie- closed following 9/8/10 flood. Cleanup and repairs in progress. Last items to replace are the handsink and reach-in cooler. Will call for inspection. Next event 12/11/10. jw

12/9/10 First inspection post flood on 9/8/10. jw

5/10/11 Site visit done to drop off final notice for none payment of 2011 fees. Spoke to construction employee repairing kitchen - stated owner would be in at approximately 1:00pm. Posted letter for none payment on front door. Vl

05/26/11 Scheduled inspection for 6/1/11 in AM. Requested payment for permit- will come to GE office tomorrow morning. Jw

07/05/11 Discussed process for briskets- provided rapid cooling logs to verify briskets cooled to 70 degrees in 2 hrs.jw

5/26/12 Site visit to verify food service is not in production. Establishment does not have a 2012 food permit. At time of visit, establishment is having an event where hamburgers, brought by event holder, were to be preapred on-site. Establishment must not prepare or serve food. Septic system is under repair- system lid is broken. Refer to hard copy inspection report. Refered to Deborah and Kay.jw
