An employee beverage was stored directly above the preparation sink drainboard.
A single cold-hold violation was observed in the cooks line cold-top cooler.
A y-valve with shut-offs was present downstream of the mopsink

An employee was observed handling cut lemons for the garnishing of drinks at the bar with bare hands.

In walk in beer cooler a moldy and un-sound condition lemon was stored with wholesome lemons. In the walk in food cooler raw beef was stored on same tray as cooked ham product, and ground beef was stored above and next to whole muscle meat products.
