Paper towels were not readily available at the bar handsink.
Boxes of food were stored on the floor in the bar walk-in cooler.
The front cover to the paper towel dispenser in the kitchen was missing. Duct tape on the bar handsink was not smooth and easily cleanable.
The interior of the microwave was soiled with food debris. The interior of the 2-door standing reach-in cooler was soiled with food debris. The interiors of the soda gun holsters at the bar were soiled with mold.
The floor in the mens restroom was worn and chipped.
