Spoiled strawberries were observed in the walk-in cooler, stored with other wholesome food.
An employee was observed changing gloves for food preparation (on the cooks line) without washing their hands.
Unapproved employee beverages were stored on the north end of the preparation line.
Hot water was not provided at the preparation sink.
Rodent droppings were observed near the soda syrup in the dish washing area.
An oil spray bottle was unlabeled on the cooks line.
The walk-in cooler door gasket was in poor repair. The cooks line cold-top cooler door gaskets were in poor repair.
The dish rinse station caulking was moldy.
The interior of the cooks line reach-in cooler was soiled with food debris. Water was pooling on the bottom of the cooks line cold-top cooler.
The service line reach-in cooler door gaskets were soiled with food debris.
The cooks line wiping cloths were not stored in sanitizer buckets containing sanitizer at the appropriate concentration.
