An employee was observed not washing their hands in between glove changes.
Knives were found to be stored in the front hand sink.
The three compartment sink is directly drained without a floor drain within 5 feet.
Loaves of cooked bread were stored uncovered on top of the toaster oven not in preparation.
Sheets of paper were lined on the bottom surface of the microwave.
The interior surfaces of the microwave on the front counter were soiled with food debris.
