The SNOW is coming LOL!! "Supposed" to be 3-6 inches by Friday, so, there will be no Schools (even as good as Steubenville City Street Department is, I dont think they will be able to keep up with that much falling in two days... could be wrong, but, I shall look out my door to find out!!).

I went to my exercise session at the YMCA today, and I did my usual routine, and listened to my Wife 'give me lip' about doing too much again...sheesh!

I started out with the abdominal machine and instead of starting at 80 pounds, I started out at 90. So, I did my usual 800 reps, and by that, I had to bump it up to 120 pounds! My Wife was fuming! You NEVER went to 12 she said, and Im thinking, if I dont ramp it up, how am I supposed to get anywhere?

I went to a Spine Doctor today, (hoping that someone can do something for me, to get me out of pain)...

The Doctor looked at my chart and told me straight out, that he couldnt do a thing for me! Im too heavy and because of my heart condition, he cant guarantee that I wont die on the table!! So, he refunded my co-pay and showed me the door *sigh*

He did give me a referral numbe for Pittsburgh, if I want to try that route, but, I told my Wife, I may as well go on and...

Today we honor a man of 'non-violence', Martin Luthor King. He, along with Ghandi and many others brought thier message to the World, that violence isnt the necessary outcome of every confrontation.

If only we could follow the examples of these 'Men' or 'Women' who preach non-violence and who show the World, that they practise what they preached, and let the people of the World, follow thier fine example.
