Welcome To Case's Column
Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken.
Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.
In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.

Bad Mayor Proves The Left Is Confirming What They Really Are
Talk about putting out fires with gasoline. 
Do you folks out there really want to see just how wacko left (and stupid) that today's Democrats really are? I mean, really are? Well, by now, you may have seen this on some news networks (unless you've been misled by the Fake News, and you know who they are), but rotten-to-the-core Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has publicly declared that she will no longer do interviews with white news reporters.
Yep, you've read that right. Lori Lightweight is not doing interviews unless that reporter is a "person of color". She's been complaining that city hall reporters are "overwhelmingly white" and that she wanted a reflection of "diversity" and "inclusion" where there's news coverage. Really??!! I guess people's qualifications and credentials don't matter anymore in left wing America. It only must depend on the color of one's skin.
Coming from Lighthead, one of the worst mayors of any city in America, it shouldn't surprise anyone, since her city has a notoriously high crime rate and many businesses have recently left, citing higher taxes (which she gladly raised). What has she done about the high crime in Chicago? Nothing.
Inclusion, eh? Lori Lightfoot's example is nothing more than an exercise in abject racism and bigotry.
