The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR THROGHOUT THE PREMISES(UNDER FRONT COUNTER,UNDER THE EXPOSED HAND SINK,IN FRONT AREA;INSIDE THE WALK-IN FREEZER,EXCESS ICE BUILD-UP,FLOOR IN WALK-IN COOLER UNDER THE PLASTIC CRATES,ALSO ELEVATED ITEMS 6' OFF THE FLOOR,FOR CLEAN PURPOSE).CLEAN UNDER SHELVES IN REAR STORAGE AREA(ITEMS,DUST CAN,HAT,ETC).

A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority.
