INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE MISSING LIGHT SHIELD OR PROVIDE SHATTER PROOFED LIGHT BULB AT BOTH STEAM TABLE AND IN COLD HOLDING UNIT (FRUIT/SALAD DISPLAY) AND REPLACE DEAD LIGHT BULB IN COLD HOLDING FRUIT/SALAD DISPLAY UNIT.
