Citation issued critical 7-38-030. Plumber who arrrived on site stated there is a 6 gallon water heater for business in next door basement. Need larger water heater to provide hot running water through-out the day for proper hand washing, utensil sanitation and general cleaning.

OVER 300 TOTAL. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, REMOVE THE DROPPINGS AND WASH AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL. 7-38-020. MUST ALSO SEAL OPENING TO OUTSIDE AT BOTTOM CORNER OF REAR DOOR. HAVE PREMISES SERVICED BY A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY.
