POOR FLOORS GROUTING THRU-OUT THE BAR AREAS MUST BE ADDRESSED & FLOORS MUST BE KEPT DRY.
FOLLOWING PLUMBING ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED:LEAK AT BAR'S 3-COMP SINK & AT FAUCET OF DUMP SINK.
THE COUNTERTOP AT THE BLENDER MACHINE IS IN POOR REPAIR (EXPOSED WOOD), MUST FIX.
