The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Wet puddles of water at the base of the cafeteria stairs and in the spice room were sanitized and dryed at this time.
Clean and maintain the break room in sanitary condition. Repair or replace rusted and unsanitary lockers.
The break room is dark, install additional lighting toaid in cleaning and inspection.
