All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Following need cleaning: interior floors of bar coolers, interior of door panels at same coolers, front cooler shelves-due to food debris, dust or dirt.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Some cooler door gaskets at bar coolers, front cooler under hood must be replaced (in poor repair). Also must fix right door hinges os frony prep cooler under hood.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Dusty bathroom vents, fan guards of coolers & compressors must be kept clean.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. Must replace cracked light shields at dishroom, all W.I.C. light bulbs that are burnt out, & provide light shield or shatter-proof bulbs.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS UNDER THE PIE COOLER AND BEHIND THE BAR ARE DIRTY, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. THE BAR SODA GUN HOLDER ARE DIRTY, WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE SODA GUN HOLDERS.
