All food shall be from sources approved by health authorities and safe for human consumption.FOUND A TOTAL COUNT OF 17 DOZEN CHICKEN,2 DOZEN DUCK RAW EGGS INSIDE RE-USED CARTONS BEARING A DIFFERENT PRODUCERS NAMES AND A LABEL GLUED TO CARTONS THAT DOES NOT MATCH ANY OF THE NAMES IN THE ORIGINAL CARTONS,NO INVOICE AVAILABLE TO INDICATE THE SOURCE OF THE SAID EGGS.MANAGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED SAID FOOD PRODUCT AT THIS TIME,TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE$110.

Clean multi-use utensils/dishware in the kitchen areas must be properly stored,inverted to prevent contamination before use.
Floors along walls and in all corners,floor drains require a detail cleaning also elevate threshold at rear side exit door.
Fan cover and attached equipments inside the walk-in-cooler require a detail cleaning including ventilation covers in the dining area. A backflow prevention device is needed at the expresso coffee machine.
Cutting boards with deep, dark grooves must be sanded/bleached or replaced and remove or repair rusty shelving in the walk-in-cooler using a non-toxic finish.
Employee locker room and adjacent storage rooms 2nd floor must be clean,organized.Must be properly stored 6' off floor/wall for easier cleaning.Remove milk crates not for storing of articles.
Ice dispensing utensils must be properly stored in a clean container at ice machine.
