All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.Must repair or replace:Door gasket in poor repair on reach in cooler,missing stall door on 2nd fl.girl's.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.Must clean:hood at cooking equipment & staff refrigerator.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.Must replace:missing floor tiles in 2nd fl. book room & room101 closet.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.Must seal:All openings around pipes leading into ceiling in kitchen.Must repair or replace:Lunch room ceiling in poor repair,room 101 ceiling tiles stained & missing.Must scrape & paint:peeling paint on pillars in lunch room..Must adjust:door sweep on play ground door.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces.Must provide:Adequate lighting in lunch room &staff lounge.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.Must repair or replace:low water pressure at some hand sinks in toilet rooms,1st fl.girl's & 2nd fl. boy's leaky toilet.

CLEAN THE HOOD AND FILTERS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM. DEFROST AND CLEAN THE REACHIN MILK COOLERS HAS ICE BUILDUP INSIDE THEM.
SEAL AROUND METAL GREASE RECEPTOR ON FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN BY THREE COMP SINK. ALSO REPLACE THE WORN AND MISSING FLOOR TILES TOO.
CEILING 1ST FLOOR HAS PEELING PAINT. REMOVE THE PEELING PAINT AND PAINT IT. THE SECOND FLOOR CEILING HAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER STAINED TILES. MUST REPLACE THEM. MUST SEAL HOLES AROUND PIPES OF SINKS AND TOILETS IN THE TOILET ROOMS THROUGHOUT WHERE NEEDED AND SECURE ALL THE SINKS TO THE WALLS IN THE TOILET ROOMS TOO.
SECOND SINK IN GIRLS WASHROOM ON SECOND FLOOR (WEST) LEAKING AT P-TRAP REPAIR IT. FIRST FLOOR GIRLS NORTH HAS SECOND SINK LEAKING AT PIPE REPAIR IT TOO. IN THE BOYS TOILET ROOM NORTH EAST SIND THE 4TH AND 5TH URINALS NOT WORKING REPAIR THEM.
FOUND CLUTTER IN THE 1ST FLOOR HALL WAY BY THE ELEVATOR OLD UNUSED EQUIPMENT, COMPUTERS, PRINTERS, COPY MACHINES ECT. CLUTTER IN BOTH FAN ROOMS IST AND 2ND FLOORS. CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
