All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. Found pooled eggs in a pitcher that's at 67.8F; 2-dozen raw eggs at 50F-58.9F on top of prep table. Instructed to properly dispose of said products & always maintain cold food temps at 40F or lower.( Total amount of product dumped= $96.00)

Over 20 small flies were found in the dining room and utility area, 10 live german cockroaches were found under and around a non-functioning floor drain between the hot water heaters and over a dozen drain flies were found in and around the basement ejector pit area at this time. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage. Seal openings and gaps in the walls around the hot water heaters, fill in gaps suport beaqms in said area and clean and maintain ejector pit area clean and dry to reduce insect breeding.
