OBSERVED HOLE IN WALL INSIDE MENS WASHROOM BY TOILET BOWL MUST SEAL HOLE IN WALL. MUST REPLACE BURNED OUT CEILING LIGHT BULBS ABOVE PREP AREA. BASEMENT 3 COPARTMENT SINK, FAUCET LEAKING AT BACK, MUST REPAIR/MAINTAIN PLUMBING MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETER FOR PREP REACH IN COOLER/ WALK IN COOLER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR THE DRYWALL WALLS AND CEILING IN THE BASEMENT WHERE NEEDED. All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LIGHTING IN THE BASEMENT WHERE UTENSILS ARE WASHED. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. PROVIDE A SELF-CLOSING DOOR DEVICE FOR THE BASEMENT RESTROOM. REPAIR THE FAUCET LEAK AT THE BASEMENT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. PROVIDE 3 SINK STOPPERS FOR THE BASEMENT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. OBSERVED EXCESSIVE CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT. REMOVE ANY UNNECESSARY ITMES TO PREVENT PAST HARBORAGE. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST SEPARATE THE DRAIN LINES AND COLD PLATE FROM CONSUMABLE ICE IN THE ICE BIN BEHIND THE BAR.
