All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. BACK DOOR HAS A ONE HALF INCH GAP UNDERNEATH THE DOOR AND THE GARAGE DOOR HAS A TWO INCH GAP ON THE SIDES AND A ONE INCH GAP UNDER THE DOOR. DOORS NOT TIGHT FITTING OR INSECT OR RODENT PROOFED. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE THE DOORS TIGHT FITTING AND RODENT PROFFED. SEROUS VIOLATION7-38-020.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. FOUND LARGE AMOUNT OF CLUTTER- OLD EQUIPMENT,WOOD ,FURNITURE ECT IN THE ATTACHED GARAGE AND IN THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ARTICLES AND CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SAME SO NO INSECTOR RODENT HARBORAGE.
