The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE CEILING AND WALLS OF THE BOY'S WASHROOM 2ND FLOOR. PEELING PAINT ON THE WALLS OUTSIDE ROOM 213 BY THE NORTHWEST STAIR. INSTRUCTED TO SCRAPE THE PAINT AND REPAINT WITH NON TOXIC PAINT. Found some foods not properly dated/labeled in coolers, must date and label food items in coolers.
Storage shelving above 3 compartment sink had exposed raw wood, shall be repaired/sealed.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler walls, not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Bathroom floors in annex building, and module building not clean need detailed cleaning, floors in boiler room storage areas need cleaning(main building).
Walls that had peeling paint in kitchen area, and lunchroom areas shall be repaired/sealed.Missing cove moulding in module building shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in coolers in kitchen prep area not clean need detailed cleaning.
