All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Previous serious violations not corrected based on inspection report # 586045 dated 7/28/11 are now corrected. #19-Found outside garbage dumpster with broken lid/cover have been replaced. #29-Previous minor violations from inspection report #413483 dated 9/15/10 have now been corrected. #32-Installed covers for ice bins behind both bars. #33-Found condenser fan in walk-in cooler to be clean. #34-Found floors along the walls, in corners, behind cooking equipment and in food prep area to be clean. #38- Found soda gun drain line routed to floor drain behind both bars. #40-Found thermometers inside all coolers and freezer. #41-Found basement and rear storage area re-organized. All items found off the floor. Instructed to start removing unneeded utensils and equipment. Found no clutter stored on top of walk-in coolers and walk-in freezer.

Found wooden storage shelves in walk-in coolers partially refinished. Instructed to continue process and to allow temporarily the use of steel bus pans to hold foods on some of the shelves. Found rubber gasket around walk-in freezer door in rear area and found no milk crates in walk-in coolers and freezer used for shelving; all foods found off the floors of said units.
Found the following to be cleaned: interior and exterior of cooking equipment, shelves in cabinets and shelves in food prep and storage areas, soda guns, interior and exterior of ice machines and surfaces of spice/dry ingredients containers.
Found no pooled water in the basement.
Found walls throughout the kitchen to be clean and in good repair. Found vent covers clean.
Found adequate light shields in food prep area. Found lights in walk-in coolers and freezer to be working.
Found faucet neck at 3 comp sink and mop sink in good repair. Found backflow device attached to ice machine. Found toilets in good repair.
Found coat room organized.
Found no ice scoop stored on top of ice machine. Found no bug zapper stored in ice maker room. Found no signs of dirty linen stored in rear. Test strips for dishwashing machine provided.
Found 'No Smoking' signs posted between front doors in hallway and in both men's and women's washrooms and on 2nd floor Bride's room.
Found weeds and small bushes along the west wall of the banquet hall and along the south fence in the parking lot. Instructed to remove weeds and trim bushes to reduce possible rodent harborages.
