MUST REMOVE AND OR ORGANISE UN-NECESSARY AND UN USABLE CLUTTER IN CLOSET ROOM AND AT OLD TOILET ROOM IN THE BASEMENT BY NEW PRE-K CLASSROOM. ALSO MUST REMOVE STACK OF CARDBOX BETWEEN FREEZER AND COOLER BY KITCHEN ENTRANCE HALL.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST PROVIDE SOME KIND OF SEPARATION STALLS BETWEEN TOILET BOWLS IN THE NEWLY CONSTUCTED TOILET IN THE BASEMENT NEW PRE-K CLASSROOM . ALSO REACH-IN MILK COOLER WALLS RUSTING,INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR [PAINT WITH NONE TOXIC PAINT].
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INTERIOR OF MICROWAVE OVEN IN KITCHEN WITH FOOD SPLASH,AND BROOM STORAGE SHELF BY KITCHEN HALL WITH DEBRIS NEEDS CLEANING. FILTERS ON HOOD WITH BUILD UP OF DUST NEEDS TO BE CLEANED.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS IN CLOSET ROOM BY PRE-K CLASSROOM IN BASEMENT AND FLOOR BY CORNER DOOR EXIT WITH DEBRIS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR AND OR REPLACE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN DINING AT BASEMENT,AND SOME CEILING TILE WITH OPENING AT SAME AREA.
