All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. COOKING HOOD FULL OF GREASE AND DUST,MUST CALL SERVICE,CLEAN AND MAINTAIN; ICE BIN IN BAR AREA NOT COVERED,MUST PROVFIDE LID

Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning. Non food contact surfaceas of ice machine not clean need cleaning, storage shelving in storage areas(bsmt) not clean need detailed cleaning.Prep tables lower shelving not clean need detailed cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, dish machine area, 3 compartment sink not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).Floors under storage shelving 1st floor, bsmt., not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).
Walls, ceilings in prep areas, bar area not clean need detailed cleaning.Walls in bsmt storage area by walk in cooler needs cleaning.
Light shields in kitchen prep areas, bsmt., storage areas not clean need cleaning, broken, missing light shields in walk in cooler, bsmt., storage area shall be provided.

INSTRUCTED TO FIX LEAKY DRAIN PIPE UNDER 1ST COMPARTMENT (LEFT) OF 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN REAR PREP AREA.------------MUST REPAIR SLOW DRAINING EXPOSED HAND SINK BEHIND BAR AND HAND SINK (LEFT SIDE) INSIDE LADIES TOILET ROOM----------MUST PROVIDE BACK FLOW PREVENTER DEVICE OR VACUUM BREAKER AT FAUCET UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER VISIBLE INSIDE ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS.
INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES STORED IN BASEMENT TO PREVENT RODENT AND INSECT HARBORAGE.
