OBSERVED LARGE PUDDLE OF WATER ON FLOOR IN BOILER ROOM, MUST THIS AREA DRY.
CLEAN WALLS IN DINING ROOM WHERE NEEDED. REPLACE AND RE-SEAL ALL MISSING AND LOOSE WALL COVE IN DINING AREA AND IN PRE-K CLASSROOM. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES IN WALLS ABOVE TOILETS IN GIRL'S 2ND FLOOR WASHROOM. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND BRACKETS IN WALLS WHICH SEPARATE EACH STALL IN BOY'S WASHROOM ON SECOND FLOOR. REMOVE ALL CHIPPING PAINT FROM WALLS AND CEILINGS THROUGHOUT. REPAIR BOTTOM OF EXIT DOOR IN PRE-K CLASSROOM.
REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES FROM BASEMENT STORAGE ROOM, AREA CLUTTERED.
CLEAN THE CABINET INTERIORS IN STUDENT WASHROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR AND UNDERNEATH COUNTERS IN THE KITCHEN AREA.
