Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment need cleaning, floors in bsmt. storage areas need cleaning(corners).
Walls in kitchen prep area that had peeling paint, holes, exposed plaster, exposed raw wood, shall be repaired/sealed.
Men's bathroom self closing mechanism for bathroom door in state of disrepair(broken) shall be repaired/replaced.
Exhaust canopy not clean had excess grease build up, needs detailed cleaning.
