The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED CRACKED/DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN FLOOR.
Adequate and convenient toilet facilities shall be provided. They should be properly designed, maintained, and accessible to employees at all times. PREP AREA HANDWASH BOWL NOT WORKING(WATER LINES TURNED OFF)WHILE OPEN AND OPERATING. INSTRUCTED MANAGER HANDWASH BOWL MUST BE PROPERLY WORKING WITH RUNNING HOT AND COLD WATER PER CITY CODE.
