Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST REPLACE AND OR REPAIR MISSING LIGHT SHIELD ABOVE PREP TABLE IN KITCHEN.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST WRAP OR IN-CASE HUGE SEWER PIPE LINES THAT RUN THROUGH STORAGE AREAS IN BASEMENT.PROVIDE LID FOR ICE BIN ON 2ND FL.BAR.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN STAIR WELLS UNDER STAIRCASE WITH LOTS OF DEBRIS IN BASEMENT.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. OBSERVED FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD IN KITCHEN WITH OUT HAIR RESTRAINT,INSTRUCTED MUST RESTRAINED HAIR WHEN FOODS ARE HANDLED
