Multiple cold holding, temperature control for safety foods on salad bar temp above 41 degrees. Ice bath is insufficient, several foods are piled too high on buffet, and several foods are not cooled properly before placing into service. Manager and Employees temp all foods on bar as a corrective action and chill those that are above 41 degrees F. (REPEAT) (Corrected On Site)

PLEASE NOTE, IN ORDER TO USE TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL, TIME/TEMPERATURE LOGS MUST BE KEPT ON SITE AND ALL FOODS DISCARDED AFTER 4 HOURS, REGARDLESS OF TEMPERATURE.
