  • Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Front counter, small sink closest to the drive thru window, has no sign, paper towel or soap, per manager this is a hand wash sink. The one to the left of this one is the dump sink.
  • Basic - Nonfood-contact surfaces not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and maintenance. Lid that covered ice cream mix in walk in cooler has been cut in the center to run ice cream hoses through it.

  • Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets. Front small reach in cooler.

  • Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only. Also, in the outside there is concrete trash can that seems to blocked the door. Unable to verified this since the door is locked. Side door, behind ice-cream cakes reach in freezers, front.

Employee placing ice-cream cones in storage containers, one side of the cone has paper the top side doesn't, employee grabbing this side to place cones in storage. Discussed hand washing with her and manager.
