  • Basic - Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Observed missing handles from hand wash sink in main kitchen area. There is another hand sink that is being used with handles.corrective action had the operator call someone to fix the handles

Do not store potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food in this unit until the unit is capable of maintaining foods at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or colder. Observed cooler across from bun toaster at ambient temperature of 53°F, corrective action had food moved to another cooler until this one is repaired.
