I never had a problem with this until this morning. Are you using Firefox? and did you just "upgrade" to version 60.0? I did and thus suspect this may be just the latest thing they broke in their never-ending quest for browser "improvements".

BTW rebooting your computer will have no affect. It's a foobar between FF 60 and the editor here. Not sure where the change to fix it is needed.
