I felt very lucky to have gotten to watch it for a bit, let alone to have run into it when I had my camera handy! I have only seen them a few times before and it was always only for a second, then poof. But this guy was stalking something and cared more about that than about me, I guess.

You're very lucky Frostnip. I have given up ever coming across a lynx so I just went to the Anchorage Zoo to see one.

On my trip down the Alcan. Glare is from the windshield. At a roadside pullout just before you get to the Swift River .
No glare but still shot through the windshield.
