Couldn't agree more. Suppose I should be gratefull for the 70's for the short time I still have it, but I havn't been this ready for winter in a long time. And the occasional thunder storm doesn't quite cut the mustard.

I was responding to Bajadrmin's comment on Kansas weather, didn't do it quite right.

We had one lightning strike and thunder Wednesday night! And hail! Not far from the house either. Was totally weird.

I was in Minneapolis one year at Christmas and there was a mega lightening snow storm, as in feet...
