Just noticed some yellow leaves on the cottonwoods yesterday. Here's hoping for a little indian summer, because regular summer is done.

We're just starting to see some color here also.
Looks like we have 2 really hot days coming, then the temp is to plummet and get our first frost/freeze this weekend.

Humid and 90's today in S Minn. so its probably this crap thats heading your way to Michigan. No freezes in sight here though thank goodness, its way too early for that; the corn and soybeans are still green.

Not all Texans, but I dont think there are many rural Texans that have not been touched in some fashion by the horrible weather and fires this year. I have some family who's crops were totalled, and a co-worker who lost his home to one of the many wildfires.

Ugly year down here....
