Does anyone have insight into the best way to sell a Corrales home? Any success stories, including what helped, who helped? When you have a great property, how and who is it best to market to here?
Not specific to Corrales, but price it right and stage it well. Declutter, move excessive personal stuff, repair and paint what needs it. Have I mentioned to price it right? Decide whether you are more interested in selling quickly at the right price or staying on the market to get potentially more money. In my experience a realtor does not have to tell you this stuff. If you are knowledgeable about your market and can look online at prices that are moving and not moving you should be able to make an informed decision. Good luck!
