Technically, it's not CXY ( that's Cat Cay, Bahamas ), it's KCXY and it's not a major/commercial airport.

What is the ONLY state capitol in the US that does not have scheduled airline service?

Dover, Delaware. There is no commercial air service in the entire state of Delaware. Some airlines have attempted service to Wilmington (ILG) at times, but all have failed.

OK, maybe I should have "never" had commercial service...

Annapolis, Maryland.

Outside of a small strip on the East River, there is not only zero service, but
not even an airport.
