When I am sick, I drink a hot toddy. I think it helps with the cold/flu.

It is a medical fact that no more than 2 oz. of alcohol a day is good for your entire circulatory system. Now that breaks down to 2 shots of whisky, 2 12oz beers, and 2 6oz glasses of wine.

Any amount over that in a 24 hr period will do the damage that alcohol is known for when consumed in excess of 2oz. a day.

I'm 65 and have enjoyed 2 oz of alcohol everyday for the last 40 yrs to which my doctor tells me my heart & circulatory system is that of a 20 yr old. But then I stop at my limit of 2 oz everyday too.

Yes, I did get so damn drunk one time about 25 ys ago and was sick for a week from it. Never, ever again have I been that stupid!!! Oh, hell no....never again!!!!!!!!!
