Have you used them and what do you think? Personally I think they work. I was having some serious nerve issues going on in my forehead and around my eyes. They where always twitching, I couldn't think straight and my brain felt like it was a TV flipping channels constantly. I got a necklace with dark green tormuline and blue kyanite. Since I started wearing the necklace I have been fine.

I also got some citrine for my restlessness and stress. It has helped so much. Then again, it could all be in my head. But, even my doctor cant figure out how I stopped the twitching around my eyes. I have changed nothing but started wearing the necklace.

I have been using crystals and minerals for many years with success. As for how they work, my understanding is minimal, but the way I look at it is that if it makes you feel better, it is safe, and you enjoy the method, then its a winning combination!

It sounds like stress was at the root of your troubles, including twitching (which can be a symptom of stress). And you believed these things would help. Just having that kind of faith in something, is enough to relieve stress, to some extent. If you had believed prayer helps, then prayer probably would have worked. If you had believed that chewing only an even number of times on each side of your mouth was going to work, it probably would have worked.

When it comes to the mind-body connection, all kinds of things can be effective, if you believe they can be. They don't have to have any actual "power" to do anything at all. It's your belief that's doing all the work; not the crystals.

I use minerals a lot. In fact in the case of twitching I would use Magnesium. I would ingest it though in the form of spinach or pumpkin seeds.
