I'm only about a week into taking this. I am also trying a bit of yogurt to see if that helps. I will see what happens.

you are definitely on the right path. if someone in your position asked my advice i would tell them to get really strict on their diet, work on leaky gut protocol, and work with probiotics. after symptoms abate can start reintroducing some of the things they stopped eating. would expect symptoms to moderate in weeks, possibly disappear in a few months. if dont get big improvement in this time frame, tinker with the program

It's Bubbies and it's the best. I like it way better than what they sell at Costco (for instance).

Sauerkraut is very high in Vitamin C too.

Yes, thank you. I corrected my error in another post. At least I got some of the letters right, lol.

Like all supplements, it is important to stick to quality brands with 3rd party testing if possible

Jarrow, Renew Life, Pure, Thorne, Douglas Laboratories, Sports Research, Nordic Naturals, Life Extension,
Integrative Therapeutics, NOW, Renue by Science, RevGenetics (there are others)

-labdoor.com has some rankings based on their test results
-thehealthbeat.com also has many reviews

One doctor tried out many kefir drinks in the grocery store that were suppose to have bifidobacterium(Covid depletes this specific bacteria), but her test results showed only a few had it.

I just looked at Lifeway today and it has an awful lot of sugar in it. No thanks on that one. I went with Siggi's; but, still looking for a better alternative....
