Add another 100,000 to Guatemala. According to Diario Libre, the Haitian government refused the Dominican help against Covid. Now the vaccines that were heading to Haiti are going to Guatemala since its government isn't refusing them.

Moving the scroll on the date line shows a decrease the further back, meaning it hasn't stopped at 54%. Also, the percentage of the fully vaccinated is higher than most countries in that graph.
Also, the fatality rate is lower than in most countries in a similar graph. This is probably indicative of the quality of the health care people receive and whether there is an uptick in infections.

I am asking because i remember months ago DR was with the vaccination advanced when compared with others Latin American countries, and its % of vaccinated got 50% long time ago.
Are many people there refusing to get vaccinated like in the US?

Vaccination isn't a high priority among young people and those are most of the unvaccinated.
