San Xavier Del Bac is just outside tucson. It's a Spanish Mission from the 1700's. The architecture is beautiful if you are into that kind of thing. Worth checking out.

Kartchner Caverns is also close by. This one usually requires reservations.

In the Sedona area: Oak Creek canyon, Montezuma well and Castle (indian ruins) Cottonwood Old town for winerys and antiques, Jerome for the view out over the valley. Jerome is a tourist trap but has a lot of restaurants and has great views looking East and North toward Sedona and Flagstaff. Ft Verde State historic park.
Oak creek is better in the warmer months, greener and swimming available at Slide Rock and Grasshopper point.

From someone who lives here (Sedona) and knows the state fairly well, for a trip that short don't come north, spend the time in southern AZ. We are getting snow and it can be quite bad (mix mountain grades with snow and it's not pretty). This area isn't equipped to deal with a lot of snow as we don't often get much. Feb. is always a crap shoot though.

There are tons of great things to do in southern AZ (some good suggestions above) and the weather *should* be better.
