My husband and I were considering a move to Hot Springs before too long. However, are there are jobs in Hot Springs besides retail/restaurant? It doesn't seem like there are, so I was just curious if anyone had any ideas. I have worked in sales and management in the past. Thanks!

Hot Springs is very heavy in the service and tourism industries, but there are other jobs available. This is the link to the local newspaper. That would be a good start.
