And I forgot to say we live on the golf course. The lack of fencing is never been as issue with us. Our neighbors have a golden doodle dog bad they have a very attractive side yard fence that he uses as his play area.

I've seen that house on online real estate sites -- it's cute. It is closer to the WEST side, the side where WalMart is. All of HSV is nice, but there are differences in areas, as in all "villages". The area where the house you mentioned is located is nice, but some of the houses are run down on the inside (and a few on the outside), and some are still nice-looking on the outside but very dated (i.e., harvest gold or avocado green appliances and sinks, old carpet, etc.). There are some good deals to be had if someone is willing to put a little money and time into them. One thing I've seen in the older areas that I just do not like is chain-link fences. Somehow, I'm just sick of them.

The only thing I see about that house that I don't like is that the back yard backs up to more houses very closely. I guess I wouldn't mind having people on each side of me so much as long as my deck wasn't just open to them, but having the view off my deck be someone else's back yard or a main road is not what I would want. It's hard to tell from google exactly which house is the one you're looking at, but it appears that any of them back up to a road or another house.
