I just learned on the KNWA news that there is supposed to be freezing rain and all that tommorow. I sure hope not, there is nothing on The Weather Channel about that.

The weather channel forecast is almost never the same as what the local forecast is here in south Kentucky.

I think it sounds more like it will be snow. At least that is what our news said at 6pm.

It appears the area not too far to the south of us is getting a pretty good snowfall. They are sending the kids home from school at Jasper, AR. We have got very very little so far, but the flakes are getting larger .

well the rest of us sure didn't get much did we? We got some sleet when we came out of the dentists office this morning and a little when we were at Sam's in BEntonville, that was about it..Of course it is really cold, so I am more than happy to stay inside the rest of the evening..

I have only been out long enough to carry in the needed firewood. This old body is having a hard time adjusting to these extreme weather changes! The heat of summer is beginning to look better and better.

I know exactly how you feel and we had no choice but to be out most of yeaterday. It takes so long to get a dental appointment we were not about to break it unless the weather was really awful..As long as we were out we decided to do it all.

I couldn't wait for winter until we got our first frost, then I told Patrick, ok, that's it I am ready for spring..

In true Arkansas fashion the high temperatures are supposed to be in the 60's and 70's next week!
