BGC Manila Walking Vibe

and the superior BGC has lots of space and in night when there are many people there but it is still inferior to modern skyscrapers and indeed SCBD Jakarta is a place and business center for rich people and foreigners, many moderen skyscrapers and glassy ..
it's not wrong the white man said it was Jakarta that had the NY vibe

People who say that area has a "NY vibe" have never been to New York. That's more of a Dubai vibe. Dead and boring. Most people are just commuting. Trying to get home as fast as they can. It's not a nice area to spend time, unless looking at skyscrapers or shopping in an indoor mall are considered fun to you.

Unlike BGC Makati, Ortigas, Alabang lots already old skyscrapers are lined up and still look simple compared to the CBD area in Jakarta .
in Jakarta people are hangout or weekend to the outskirts of Jakarta while in Manila people are fully in CBD, btw area looks great in Manila only in CBD but in Jakarta there are South, Westren , North ,East all look great

New York's atmosphere is not only a "Walking" vibe but it is more inclined towards modern Skyscrapers with glass, luxurious, looks more modern and has good infrastructure and on the white man channel he has travels to visit Dubai, NY and etc and even stay in two city Manila and Jakarta and he is honest about his assessment.

if you show the Vidio from BGC district it looks like similiar that Shibuya vibe " Tokyo " walking on district the streets full on with lots people walking of space and restaurants

Manila CBD like BGC, Makati, Ortigas lots skyscrapers that are still box-shaped, reminding me of Jakarta in the 90s.

You've never been to NYC. It's nothing like SCBD. SCBD looks like a suburban office park with skyscrapers. It's boring. NYC is full of people walking around. Most of the skyscrapers in NYC are old. Yes, there are some new shiny ones, but they're not the majority. You're confusing NYC with Dubai. Jakarta wants to be Dubai, which is fine. Just admit that you want to be a city of skyscrapers, huge highways, and malls, where most people spend time indoors.

Michiko, if you want to compare SBCD, compare it with Makati instead. For me BGC is on another level if we compare with SBCD or Makati.

sorry most of the skyscrapers looks like Jakarta in the 90s, that's why the comparison is far between the CBD of Jakarta and Manila. you say Makati more than SCBD ? hmm, you've been to SCBD, the comparison is far, you can even say that there are many other modern skyscrapers compared to other Southeast Asia
it's not wrong the white men said it was Jakarta that had the NY vibe

Jakarta today is different from Jakarta in the 90s... that's why Jakarta is dubbed as one of the fastest growing cities in Asia

Best area CBD in Jakarta
1. SCBD
2. Sudirman CBD
3. Thamrin CBD
3. Mega Kuningan
4. TB Simatupang
etc.

areas that are not SCBD still look attractive

This video shows skyscrapers similar what you see normally on any of MM CBDs, what makes them different to you? I saw your SBCD video too and I did not see anything out of the ordinary on the skyscrapers as well, like how, where?
