No, what you should do is advocate here, among your friends, and in the voting booth against this massive flood of illegal Mexican immigrants. Stop fighting a race war and start thinking patriotically.

Under the direction of César Chávez, the United Farm Workers union was strongly opposed to legal and illegal immigration. They physically patrolled the Mexican border to turn back illegals. They viciously fought and ultimately defeated a guest worker program. When they discovered illegal aliens on a job site, they turned them in to the Feds.

I'm not denying they were pushed aside violently and their land was taken away. But what's done is done and the net result is a hugely more advanced and civilized society.
Wow! You've never lived in a predominantly Native American community, have you?

I don't see how anybody could argue that massive overwhelming immigration from Latin America would bring us similar advancement. It's quite obvious the result would be what we have seen in Miami and L.A. Nothing disastrous, like Afghanistan. Just a somewhat less productive/more corrupt/more violent place. Exactly the kind of place that Latino immigrants to America are trying to escape.
And this is the logic "Europeans" have used throughout history to conquer and steal whatever they want. It's for the "betterment" of people. Only difference is now they call it democracy.

Name one other people who hasn't done that at some point during their history.

The same thing has happened in Asia, in Africa, and even in the Americas before European explorers came to this area of the world. Do you really think this continent was all rainbows and peace before the Spanish and others came?

European colonization is simply the one that we hear about the most because it directly impacted us the most, and it's the most recent wave in the ocean. That doesn't mean it's somehow different from the previous 10,000 years of human history, just better known.

Africans have never bothered to use such rhetoric as they are conquering neighbors. Why not? Because exploitation is a way of life in Africa, so there's no need to hide it.

Anyway, you have deliberately twisted my message. I did not say the actions were justified at the time and I don't justify further conquest, like Iraq. I'm just pointing out the fact that the current population of African Americans and Native Americans are better off today than they would have been if left to their own devices. I'm only pointing this out because it is virtually never mentioned. In fact, the opposite is often implied.

The main problem African Americans face today is exploitation and cruelty from each other.

I'm not so sure about that... Not so sure African Americans and Native Americans would agree either.

It's the Internet, but it's not necessarily "your" Internet.

Depends on the state you live in.

In my home stomping grounds (Minnesota), many of the tribes have lucrative casino operations at this point in time, and anyone with more than a certain percentage of tribal blood has gotten reconnected with their reservation to get a cut of the pie. That makes sense. Those places generate a lot of cash.

You will also see a certain amount of anti-native racism in some rural areas of MN, SD, and perhaps other states because of the tax breaks native americans get while others are struggling. I've seen it personally in both states.
